Oil is bad for you...just clogs arteries, is highly processed


No real nutrients, is pure fat, no fiber, has the highest calorie density of anything. ...will make you fat.....and yes, even olive oil....note, I am in my 50s and weight exactly what I did at VT...to the pound....still have a 32 inch waist
